Die Bilder für den Upload dürfen maximal 500 KB groß sein (Nur .jpg / .jpeg). Bilder vom Handy sind fast immer zu groß! Bitte verkleinere/komprimiere die Bilder vorher (z.B. über Webseiten wie compressjpeg.com). The images for upload must be a maximum of 500 KB (Only .jpg / .jpeg). Pictures from mobile phones are almost always too large! Please resize/compress the images beforehand (e.g., via websites like compressjpeg.com).
1. Upload Passport
Foto der Hauptseite des Reisepasses hochladen. (Gut lesbar, keine Reflexionen). Upload a photo of the main page of your passport. (Clearly legible, no reflections).
2. Upload Selfie
Selfie aufnehmen, auf dem du selbst und der Reisepass neben deinem Gesicht klar zu erkennen sind. Take a selfie where you and the passport are clearly visible next to your face.
3. Digital Signature
Im weißen Feld mit der Maus / dem Finger unterschreiben. Sign in the white field using your mouse / finger.
Prüfe im Anschluss beim KYC Review alle Daten und klicke auf Submit. Die Bearbeitung dauert 1-2 Werktage. Afterward, check all data in the KYC Review and click Submit. Processing takes 1-2 business days.
Valygo / Playglobal Digital Token Kauf (Krypto)Buy Valygo / PGD Token (Crypto)
Der Kaufprozess für Valygo (VYO) und Playglobal (PGD) Token ist identisch. Gezahlt wird in Krypto (USDT oder USDC). The purchase process for Valygo (VYO) and Playglobal (PGD) tokens is identical. Payment is made in crypto (USDT or USDC).

Payment Sent!
Sobald dieser Bildschirm erscheint, klickst du auf DONE. Die Token sind nach wenigen Minuten auf deinem Valygo-Dashboard sichtbar. As soon as this screen appears, click DONE. The tokens will be visible on your Valygo dashboard after a few minutes.
Plan Upgrade & AktivierungPlan Upgrade & Activation

Upgrade Plan
Um alle Funktionen, Virtual Accounts und Cards freizuschalten, musst du von dem "Freedom" Plan upgraden. To unlock all features, Virtual Accounts, and Cards, you must upgrade from the "Freedom" Plan.
Warte ca. 5-10 Minuten, bis das System das Upgrade verarbeitet hat und aktualisiere die Seite (F5). Wait about 5-10 minutes for the system to process the upgrade and refresh the page (F5).

Accounts & Cards ClaimenClaim Accounts & Cards
Nach dem erfolgreichen Upgrade müssen deine inkludierten Konten und Karten manuell im Dashboard angefordert (ge-claimt) werden. After a successful upgrade, your included accounts and cards must be manually requested (claimed) in the dashboard.

Navigiere im oberen Hauptmenü auf Account und klicke auf den Reiter Claim Accounts. Navigate to Account in the top main menu and click on the Claim Accounts tab.

Navigiere im oberen Hauptmenü auf Cards und klicke auf den Reiter Claim Cards. Navigate to Cards in the top main menu and click on the Claim Cards tab.
Der Status springt danach auf "Completed" (Accounts) bzw. "Approved" (Cards). Deine virtuellen Karten werden nun grafisch unter "My Cards" angezeigt. The status will then change to "Completed" (Accounts) or "Approved" (Cards). Your virtual cards will now be displayed graphically under "My Cards".

Dein Referral-LinkYour Referral Link
Unten links im Dashboard findest du das Feld "DEIN REFERRAL-LINK". Diesen Link inklusive deines angehängten Codes (?code=...) gibst du an deine neuen Partner weiter.
